About Your Provider
Dr. Hall is a board-certified dermatologist and a board-certified micrographic dermatologic surgeon. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American College of Mohs Surgery.
He earned his master’s in molecular, Microbial and Cellular Biology from George Mason University in Fairfax County, VA. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Hall researched cutaneous oncology during his education at the Medical College of Virginia. He subsequently completed his internship in internal medicine and residency in dermatology training at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Hall went on to complete his Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology fellowship at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, where he received intensive and concentrated training in Mohs micrographic surgery, cutaneous oncology, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, dermatopathology and cosmetic and laser dermatologic surgery. As an ACMS fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon and cutaneous oncologist, Dr. Hall can provide or recommend the most comprehensive treatment for cutaneous malignancies of all types.
Dr. Hall is active not only in private practice but also academically. He is a Clinical Associate Professor of Dermatology at the Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University and very much enjoys instructing resident physicians and medical students. He has authored or coauthored academic articles and textbook chapters and has been a speaker at many local, state and national meetings. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American College of Mohs Surgery, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the Ohio Dermatological Association and the Ohio State Medical Association.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Hall is a musician and multi-instrumentalist who enjoys playing guitar, mandolin, banjo, bass guitar, drum set and piano. He also loves writing and recording his music.
