Shannon Novosad Verma, MD is a board-certified Dermatologist. She is certified by the American Board of Dermatology, and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology.
She earned her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She then went on to medical school at The Ohio State University College of Medicine, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Following medical school, Dr. Verma went to Kettering Medical Center for her medical internship, and completed her residency in dermatology at Wright State University.
Dr. Verma is a member of many honorary and professional societies, including Alpha Omega Alpha, the American Medical Association, Ohio Dermatological Association and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. She is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Dermatology at the Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University. She is also extremely active in dermatologic publications, research, and presentations.
