About Your Provider
Dr. Russ is a board-certified dermatologist certified by the American Board of Dermatology. He is also a member of the American Academy of Dermatology.
He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. Dr. Russ then completed two residencies. First, he completed his family practice residency in the US Air Force at R.L. Thompson Strategic Hospital in Fort Worth, TX. He practiced as a family practice physician in the USAF in England at RAF Chick Sands and in Colorado Springs at Peterson AFB, where he served as a primary care doctor and flight surgeon. He then completed his dermatology residency at the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium in San Antonio, TX. Before joining the practice, he was Chief of Dermatology at Andrews AFB in MD and WPAFB here in Dayton.
