About Your Provider
Tara is a board-certified physician assistant with over 23 years of medical experience. She graduated from Transylvania University in 1997 with a degree in Biology. She then went on to obtain her Physician Assistant degree from the University of Kentucky in 2001. As a Physician Assistant, Tara worked in Emergency Medicine at St. Elizabeth for 15 years. In 2016, she changed her focus to solely dermatology. Tara has now been in dermatology private practice for the past eight years and joined DOCS in August 2023. She is a member of the American Association of Physician Assistants and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Raised in Lexington, KY, Tara lived in Cincinnati for twenty years before moving to Northern Kentucky several years ago. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, twins, family and friends. She enjoys traveling, reading, boating and spending time outdoors.
