Jacob Gaston is a dermatology physician assistant serving patients across Greater Cincinnati, including Western Hills, Blue Ash, and Mason. Born and raised in Ohio, he completed his undergraduate education at Arizona State University and earned his Master’s degree from Kettering College’s Physician Assistant program, graduating with Honors in Academic and Clinical Excellence. Jacob completed his advanced dermatology training with DOCS Dermatology in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Jacob’s interest in dermatology grew from his personal experience with treatment-resistant acne, giving him a deep understanding of the physical and emotional impact skin conditions can have. He provides comprehensive medical dermatology care, helping patients manage acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, skin infections, and other common skin concerns, as well as performing skin cancer screenings.
He is passionate about helping patients achieve long-term skin health through personalized, practical treatment plans. Jacob emphasizes shared decision-making and works closely with patients to create sustainable skincare routines that align with their lifestyles and goals.
Outside of the office, Jacob enjoys exploring new restaurants with friends, traveling to warmer climates, and spending time at home brewing espresso with his rescued pitbull mix, Marty.
